Information We Collect
Player name (optional)
We ask for a first name or nickname to personalise the gameplay experience. It's stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to our servers.
Game progress
Completed scenarios, earned points, and achievements are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.
Purchase information
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store any payment information, card details, or billing addresses.
How We Store Data
- Local storage only: all user data (name, progress, preferences) lives exclusively on your device.
- No cloud sync: we do not upload, sync, or transmit your data to any external servers or third parties.
- No account required: emozi never asks for registration, login, or sign-up of any kind.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
emozi is designed for children ages 5–10. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act:
- We do not collect personal information from children
- We do not require registration or account creation
- We do not use behavioural tracking or targeted advertising
- We do not share data with third parties
Your Rights & Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it:
- Delete your data: clear app data or uninstall the app to remove all stored information.
- Reset progress: use the in-app reset function to start fresh anytime.
- Nothing on our servers: there's nothing to request deletion of, because we don't store your data.
Third-Party Services
The only third-party service integrated with emozi is the Apple App Store, used for processing in-app purchases. Apple's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top.
